TradingAlpha Discord
Open Account → Discord and review the displayed linked status. Use the available connect/reconnect control to complete Discord authorization for the account you intend to use. A Discord display name can change; use the account connection shown in TradingAlpha as your starting point.
Indicator membership and Screener membership can grant different Discord roles. A working VIP connection does not necessarily mean a separate Screener role has already updated. If one role is missing, tell support which role and purchase are affected.
The community invite is discord.gg/tradingalpha. If it does not work, contact support rather than following an unverified replacement invite.
TradingView
When your subscription includes indicators, open the TradingView section in Account. Enter your TradingView username, not an email address. Review the validation message, then save or update.
Changing the username moves indicator access to the new account. Changes are limited; the page shows the remaining allowance. Contact support if you have exhausted it or the correct username cannot be validated.
If a section is absent
Controls depend on the subscription and linked customer record. A Screener-only account should not be expected to show purchased indicator controls. If your purchase is missing, have support check the email match.
Never share your TradingView or Discord password with support or another member.
