TradingAlpha AlphaX notifications
Open AlphaX → Alerts on mobile or Notifications on desktop for activity such as replies and interactions. Use the page's read controls to manage what is new. An unread badge refers to community activity, not the number of new screener matches.
Device notifications
When push controls are available in Account, enable notifications on the device you want to use and allow the browser permission prompt. A denied browser or operating-system permission can block delivery even when your account preference is on.
Use the device list to review or remove a registered device. On phones, installation and browser support can affect availability; follow the instructions shown for that device.
Email preferences
Account separates Member and product updates, News and offers, and Stop all campaign email. The campaign opt-out does not disable essential account emails such as password recovery.
A campaign email's unsubscribe link changes the relevant preference without requiring you to locate the original app tab. Do not confuse campaign email settings with a TradingView alert's delivery settings.

AlphaX activity notifications, TradingView alerts, and saved-scan new-results indicators are separate features. This guide does not promise access to an administrative signal-email rule builder.
